And the person leadng the charge is Malcom Dawe. No one can argue with the fact that Motorola India has benefited from his dynamic leadership with more than 18 precious years in telecom industries across continents. Douglas Baillie was quite brilliant when Hindustan Unilever Limited foods business was being threatened by its rivals. He also played a prominent part when Hindustan Unilever Limited needed to strengthen its weakening position in personal care segment. He reshuffles Hindustan Unilever Limited distribution channel and also improved Hindustan Unilever Limited relationship with customers.
